GloriosaThis is a woodland perennial.  It is grown for it's brilliant color and often grown on a trellis with other climbers.

Sometimes the flower is used for corsages because they are long lasting. The flowers will be 3 - 4 inches across.

The tubers should be planted in early spring.

It is a tender garden bulb and can be grown in semi-shade or even as a houseplant in a sunny window.

Easy growing in zones 8 - 10.
